Harold Alfond Foundation Staff

The Harold Alfond Foundation is administered by Dexter Enterprises LLC, a private company located in Portland, Maine, which manages the Alfond family’s investments, philanthropy, and business affairs. 

On behalf of the Trustees of the Harold Alfond Foundation, Dexter Enterprises’ staff applies its expertise to managing day-to-day Foundation activities. 

Gregory W. Powell serves as Chief Executive Officer and President of the company. 

Travis Cummings serves as Executive Vice President and Treasurer of the company and oversees the operations of the Harold Alfond Foundation. 

Mavourneen Goodman manages cash, investment transactions, and insurance. 

Mary Ann Delsandro serves as Office Manager and Executive Assistant to Mr. Powell. 

Alison Leonard serves as Secretary and General Counsel of the company and oversees tax reporting. 

Jarod Deanis serves as Vice President, Finance and Operations, and Assistant Secretary of the company.

Mike Young serves as Investment Operations Manager. 

Ryan Fitzsimmons serves as Grant Officer for the Harold Alfond Foundation.

Allison Holton serves as Grant Officer for the Harold Alfond Foundation.

Levi Knapp serves as Investment and Liquidity Operations Manager.

Rocco Spizuoco serves as Investment Officer.

Michael LeVert serves as Director of Evaluation and Impact for the Harold Alfond Foundation.

Liz Menard serves as Grant Officer for the Bill and Joan Alfond Family Foundation.
